The Association of Foreign Banks represents non-UK headquartered banks operating via branches and subsidiaries in the UK. When considering investing outside their home countries in the UK, banks and their clients look for a competitive environment for investors and financial services providers.
Our members are therefore looking to policymakers to ensure the competitiveness of the UK continues to be promoted. They are also looking for effective and proportionate regulation from Government and the financial services regulators.
