Alice Perry

Alice Perry was a member of the Labour Party National Executive Committee for eight years, chairing it in 2021-2022, and she was a member of Labour's National Policy Forum for over ten years, co-chairing the Justice and Home Affairs Policy Commission for more than five years. Alice was a Labour Councillor for 11 years in the London Borough of Islington. She has held a number of other positions and memberships, including: an Executive Officer of the Local Government Association (LGA) Labour Group; a member of the LGA Culture, Tourism and Sports Board and Innovation and Improvement Board; co-Chair of the LGA Labour Group Women’s Leadership Taskforce, working to increase female representation in politics and a member of the Shadow Cabinet Equalities Sounding Board, advising the Shadow Cabinet on EDI and sharing best practice across local and national government.
